| Abstrakt: | This is the fourth reported large pancreatic retention cyst in a patient with cystic fibrosis. The cyst recurred 7 months after partial cystectomy and produced extrinsic obstructive jaundice. It is presumed that the retention cyst developed in the ventral pancreas as a consequence of ductal obstruction by inspissated mucus with secondary fibrosis. |
