Abstrakt: We report the coding-complete genome sequences of 25 severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) sublineage B.1.1.529 Omicron strains obtained from Bangladeshi individuals in samples collected between December 2021 and January 2022. Genomic data were generated by Nanopore sequencing using the amplicon sequencing approach developed by the ARTIC Network.
