Abstrakt: Primary pulmonary artery sarcoma is an uncommon neoplasm. Given its clinical and radiographic resemblance to pulmonary embolism, initial diagnostic steps may be complicated, leading to delay in diagnosis. This report presents the case of a 52-year-old-woman who was admitted with pulmonary embolism. She underwent pulmonary embolectomy, and histopathologic examination revealed synovial sarcoma.
