Abstrakt:	Dermograms were examined over time in patients with focal pneumonia running an acute, protracted and unfavourable course. Prognostically significant differences in the dermograms were revealed in patients of the three groups. Attempts were made to correct the deficiency of the migration of immunocompetent cells to the cutaneous window in patients with pneumonia taking an unfavourable course.
