| Abstrakt: |
Two alkaline RNases and three forms of the enzyme are detected in the cell cytoplasm of the pigling kidney culture transplanted line (IB-RS-2) by gel filtration through Sephadex G-100, G-150 and by chromatography on molselect SE-50. The former two RNases are in complex with the enzyme inhibitor and the latter three forms manifest their action in the pH acid region. |
