Abstrakt: | Leveraging the power of single-particle cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) requires robust and accessible computational infrastructure. Here, we summarize the cloud computing landscape and picture the outlook of a hybrid cryo-EM computing workflow, and make suggestions to the community to facilitate a future for cryo-EM that integrates into cloud computing infrastructure.
