Abstrakt: | Plasmodium sporozoites are the infectious, highly motile forms of the malaria parasite transmitted by Anopheles mosquitoes. Sporozoite motility can be assessed following the dissection of Anopheles salivary glands and isolation of sporozoites in vitro .
