Abstrakt: Gluteal compartment syndrome is a rare diagnosis associated with pelvic trauma and subsequent surgical intervention. Herein, we discuss the case and management of gluteal and thigh compartment syndrome following prolonged immobilization secondary to alcohol. To our knowledge, we present the first case of concomitant gluteal and thigh compartment syndrome following atraumatic injury.
