Abstrakt: | Post-operative hematoma is a common surgical complication, often treated conservatively. However, persistent, recurrent or symptomatic hematomas may require percutaneous or surgical drainage. The authors present two cases of persistent post-surgical hematomas which were successfully evacuated in a single-setting using a percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy system.
