Abstrakt: Mediastinal paragangliomas are rare neuroendocrine tumors and usually identified incidentally. Surgical excision remains the mainstay of treatment. Because of their location, anatomical relations, and highly vascular nature, surgical excision can be challenging. We present such a case, where the blood supply arose directly from the circumflex coronary artery and cardiopulmonary bypass was used to aid complete surgical excision.
