Abstrakt: | Pneumonitis due to primary toxoplasmosis in an immunocompetent subject is rare. Here, the mononucleosis-like syndrome, associated with serological evidence of T. gondii infection and positive PCR for T. gondii in BAL, allowed us to establish the diagnosis. https://bit.ly/3qHE2U7.
