Abstrakt: We present a 30-year-old male, an 82-year-old male and a 71-year-old female who presented with fever, cough and dyspnea during de COVID-19 pandemic. Chest CT showed a ground-glass opacification and/or crazy paving. In all of these patients the PCR for SARS-CoV-2 was negative, but the COVID-19 pandemic caused a delay in diagnosis and treatment of these patients with big consequences for these patients. We show the risk of being fixated on COVID-19, the need for a careful examination respecting the medical history of the patient. Don't conclude too quickly on a CORADS-4 or 5, but do additional tests and consult other specialists when the PCR for SARS-CoV-2 is negative.
