| Abstrakt: | Primary bladder amyloidosis is rare. Hematuria is the most common form of it's revelation. There are no specific clinical and paraclinical signs to differentiate it from urothelial tumors. The diagnosis is histological. We are reporting you a case of incidental discovery.
