Abstrakt: We present the case of a 61-year-old male with a long-term epigastric mass and pain, high CA 19.9 levels and no weight loss. A computerized tomography was performed and a solid-cystic pancreatic mass was observed. The lesion measured 10 x 8 cm with well-defined margins, a macroscopic calcification and an enhanced solid component.
