The Hand and Wrist Sculpture Course, organized by the Surgical Sculpture Workshops and badged by the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), is a 2-day innovative course aimed at trainees in plastic and orthopedic surgery, as well as therapists, teaching about the bony and soft tissue anatomy through a hands-on sculpting workshop for application in clinical work. The course is delivered by an expert faculty of hand surgeons with a keen interest in art and sculpture, and costs £300. The following review details the course and provides a detailed evaluation of the course. |
