Abstrakt: Here, we report the complete coding sequence of a pasivirus found in the tonsil of a conventionally reared pig from a herd with respiratory disease in Sweden. The genome displays 75% to 87% and 81% to 94% nucleotide and amino acid sequence identity, respectively, to genomes of pasiviruses from other parts of the world.
