Abstrakt: Gastric volvulus is a rare cause of upper gastrointestinal (UGI) tract obstruction and may present as acute UGI hemorrhage. The angiographic findings of gastric volvulus are discussed and a report of a complication of embolization of the left gastric artery in unsuspected mesenteroaxial stomach volvulus is given.
