Abstrakt: Chronic patellar tendinopathy remains a challenging problem. The first line of treatment is conservative; when this fails, surgical treatment is indicated. Several open and arthroscopic techniques have been described. We describe an alternative technique using ultrasound-guided electrocoagulation of neovessels that leaves the patellar tendon intact.
