Abstrakt:	Patients with anterior mediastinum tumors fall into a difficult category due to high risk of invasion of vital structures and complexity of surgical correction. We report resection of recurrent hemangioma of anterior mediastinum with aortic arch replacement and simultaneous resection of left atrial myxoma in a 35-year-old woman. Successful treatment of these patients correlates with aggressive surgical approach followed by total resection of tumor and all affected vessels and other tissues.
