Abstrakt: Syphilis is a sexually transmissible infection, with increasing rates of infection worldwide. The differential diagnosis of syphilis should include various diseases, not excluding cancer. Making the right diagnosis can protect the patient against life-threatening complications and the repercussions of a misdiagnosis, as in the present case (orchidectomy).
