Abstrakt: Abstract: The National League for Nursing advocates for improved efforts related to diversity and inclusion in nursing education. By incorporating cultural humility into teaching and learning processes, faculty may be able to reduce bias and promote the inclusive learning environment necessary to retain diverse nursing students. This article emphasizes the importance of cultural humility in nursing education and presents novel ground rules, based on the literature, for implementation within the classroom to foster an academic environment suitable for students from all backgrounds.
