[Environmental factors of non-syndromic cleft lip and palate].

Abstrakt: Though the mechanism of non-syndromic cleft lip and palate is not completely clear, the disease is affected by the combination of environment and genetics. Special environmental factors have the affect on the incidence of cleft palate. In this paper, the environmental factors related to the occurrence of non-syndromic cleft lip and palate were summarize from three aspects: poor living habits, chemical factors, age and health status of pregnant women during pregnancy. Based on the analysis of this paper, it will help to improve the health and living environment of pregnant women, so as to reduce the incidence of cleft palate.
