Abstrakt: We present a case of a young man who developed bilateral basal ganglia infarct after intranasal use of cocaine. Cerebral ischemic infarcts are a known complication of cocaine use. This complication is rare and has been reported in the past with cocaine and concomitant use of other drugs such as heroin and amphetamines.
