Abstrakt: | The Far Eastern region is rich in fruit and berry raw materials with a high content of bioactive substances. The aim of the work is to study the chemical composition of wild berries of the Amur region of the Far Eastern region. Material and methods . The objects of the research were the berries of Sargent viburnum (Viburnum sargentii Koechne), Chinese Schisandra [Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill], and Amursky grapes (Vitis amurensis Rupr) harvested from 2011 to 2016. The content of organic acids and tannins was determined by titration, anthocyanins - spectrophotometrically, polyphenolic substances and β-carotene - photoelectrocolo rimetrically, vitamins B Competing Interests: The authors declare no overt and potential conflict of interest related to the publication of this article.
