Abstrakt: | Mesenteric panniculitis is the inflammation of intestinal mesentery. It may be associated with malignancy. We present a case of mesenteric panniculitis that manifested as unresolved fever which subsequently was found to be due to poorly differentiated metastatic carcinoma. |
