Abstrakt: It is presented case report of minimally invasive surgical repair of chronic aortic dissection type A in a 61-year-old patient. Perspective minimally invasive surgical approach is suggested for this pathology in order to improve quality of life and rehabilitation after cardiac surgery. Surgical technique and features are comprehensively described.
