Abstrakt: | Unresectable pancreatico-biliary cancers frequently cause biliary obstruction. Symptomatic management of biliary obstruction is most commonly accomplished with percutaneous or endoscopic drainage. When Nonsurgical means have been exhausted, effective surgical palliation may be performed by way of choledochojejunostomy. (© 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.) |
