Abstrakt: Zebrafish (Danio rerio) is an established animal model to study developmental biology as well as a wide array of human diseases. Here we describe a protocol for somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT). This protocol can be used to introduce genetic modifications in zebrafish and for the study of cell plasticity.
