Abstrakt: The differences in the type and tension of the general unspecific adaptational reactions in cancer patients with varying prevalence of the process in biliopancreaticoduodenal zone and volume of surgical intervention were revealed. It was shown prognostic significance of the numerical score of the type and tension of the adaptational reaction a day after pancreatoduodenal resection for the development of postoperative complications.
