Abstrakt: The ERBE BiClamp ® BVSS appears to be a safe and effective method of vaginal hysterectomy in this small single surgeon, single institution study; demonstrating efficient operative times, minimal blood loss and intraoperative morbidity with acceptable surgical outcomes. Its use contributes to the advancement of minimally invasive gynaecology and should be encouraged.
