Abstrakt: | We report two cases of Vascular Eagle's Syndrome, which demonstrate two distinct mechanisms of cerebral ischemia. In the first case, hemodynamic transient cerebral ischemia arose as a direct result of compression of the internal carotid artery (ICA). In the second, embolic large left middle cerebral artery (MCA) infarction as a result of a thrombus from a pseudoaneurysmal dilatation of the left ICA. |
