Abstrakt: | The medical-educational institute in Quimperlé caters for teenagers aged between 13 and 16. While its missions are centred on the construction of a project and the provision of on-going and effective support for the young users, there are sometimes major difficulties relating to the links to be established with psychiatry. Young people with mental health conditions require shared and collective care. Three clinical cases reflect the successes and failures of this cross-disciplinary approach.
