Abstrakt: | In a 10-yr-old boy with no abnormalities or symptoms other than nonretractability of the foreskin, the foreskin should be preserved. If treatment is needed, local corticoid application should be used as first-line therapy, as it gives excellent results in up to 90% of cases, before removing this sensitive part of the body.
