Abstrakt: Abdominal CSF pseudocysts are an uncommon complication of ventriculo-peritoneal shunting. We report the case of a 35 year old man with a myelomenigocele, associated Chiari 2 malformation, and VP shunt developing a Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma within the lining of an abdominal CSF pseuodcyst. This diagnosis should be considered in those with recurrent pseudocysts, or those associated with a swinging pyrexia and high C-Reactive protein, in the absence of infection.
