Abstrakt: In this report, a chromium-reducing bacterium, Pseudomonas fluorescens strain S613, was isolated from a Cr(VI)-contaminated aquifer at Los Alamos, NM, and sequenced. The size of the draft genome sequence is approximately 6.7 Mb.
