Abstrakt: We report the case of a 35-year-old homosexual man with previous history of HIV, with primary chacre in the rectum. We believe this paper is significant because the diagnosis of rectal ulcer is more common in recent years, however rectal syphilis is a poorly recognized entity, especially with primary chancre formation.
