Abstrakt: Palatoradicular grooves (PRGs), morphologic defects that are found most frequently in maxillary anterior teeth, are predisposing factors for periodontal disease. This case report describes the successful management of a 30-year-old man who presented with advanced periodontal destruction associated with a PRG in the maxillary right lateral incisor. The treatment involved the use of a calcium phosphosilicate synthetic bone graft substitute as a periodontal regenerative material.
