| Abstrakt: | The authors analyze data of determination of alpha 1 proteinase inhibitor in patients with myocardial infarction depending on the severity of the disease. It is suggested that the quantitative values of alpha 1 proteinase inhibitors of the blood plasma may be used in the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease in the sense of correction inhibitor therapy and individual management. |
