Abstrakt: The article describes the principles for choosing a surgical technique for patients with cerebral aneurysms in acute subarachnoid hemorrhage. The principles were developed based on the experience gained at the Burdenko Neurosurgical Institute. Microsurgical and endovascular treatment options are considered.
