Abstrakt: A 63-year-old woman had a sclerotic plaque with a bulla under her left breast. Histopathological examination of a biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of bullous morphea. Bullae are rarely seen in morphea. The patient was successfully treated with mometasone ointment 0.1%. To our knowledge, the pathogenesis of bullous morphea is still under debate.
