Paper presents the data on clinical assessment of parasitocidal effect and tolerance to the new helminthocide nemocide. 140 enterobiasis patients were subjected to nemocide treatment, including 29 hospital patients and 111 children treated under ambulatory conditions. Nemocide-tolerance proved to be satisfactory. Efficacy of hospital treatment attained 96.5 +/- 3.4%, while under ambulatory conditions it was 82.0 +/- 4.0%. |
