Abstrakt: From clinical/roentgenological investigations of the osteoarticular system in 886 hemophilic patients that were monitored for different durations (up to 30 years) frequency and peculiarities of the development of hemophilic pseudotumours are described. For the various methods of therapy (radiation therapy, surgery) differential indications are given. Hemophilic pseudotumours were found in 4.5% of the patients (42 cases). They can appear in form of: hemorrhagic cyst (25), self-organizing hematoma (14) and ossifying hematoma (3 patients). These forms are different according to the underlying pathologic process and their clinical and roentgenological symptoms. For hemorrhagic cysts radiation therapy, is appropriate. Ossifying hematoma regularly will not require therapy.
