Abstrakt: The natriuretic factor, inhibiting Na-K-ATPase, exerts a stable positive inotropic and negative chronotropic effect as a result of its single administration in a dose stimulating the natriuretic activity of the kidneys. It also decreases the overall peripheral vascular resistance. The mean arterial pressure slightly changes.
