Abstrakt: One thousand hospitals were surveyed on a new measure of healthcare personnel influenza vaccination for the 2012-2013 influenza season. Facilities found it easier to collect data on employees than nonemployees; larger facilities reported more challenges than smaller facilities. Barriers may decrease over time as facilities become accustomed to the measure.
