Abstrakt: Leclercia adecarboxylata, a gram-negative bacillus of the Enterobacteriaceae family, is rarely identified as a pathogen in humans. We describe a fatal case of L adecarboxylata sepsis in a child. This is the first reported pediatric death associated with infection due to L adecarboxylata.
