Abstrakt: Myeloid sarcoma is a rare entity, and cardiac involvement is even rarer. We presented here the FDG PET/CT findings of a 66-year-old man with a 3-month history of cough and progressive dyspnea. FDG PET/CT scan demonstrated nonuniform FDG uptake in the cardiac walls and pericardium. Biopsy of the heart revealed myeloid sarcoma. In addition, bone marrow biopsy demonstrated the acute myeloid leukemia.
