Abstrakt: Activity of serum antibodies in vitro binding to endothelial cells in women with normal pregnancy and preeclampsia was studied. Flow cytometry detected peculiarities of antibody binding to endothelial cells in health and disease. Detection of antiendothelial antibodies in trimesters II and III can be diagnostically important in preeclampsia.
