| Abstrakt: |
Based on a study of the hemodynamics of the greater and pulmonary circulation by direct methods in 117 patients with essential hypertension it has been demonstrated that changes in the stroke volume are implicated in the mechanism of the interregulation of the greater and pulmonary circulation. Elevation of the pressure in the pulmonary artery is mostly observed in patients with the hypokinetic version of the hemodynamics. |
