| Abstrakt: | In 2014, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding, which creates a single accreditation system for graduate medical education. The present article outlines the history of the agreement and the 5-year transition process, which begins July 1, 2015, and ends June 30, 2020. |
