Abstrakt: Experiments on white rats have shown that growth rates of the glutathione reductase activity and reduced glutathione concentration in the cytoplasmic fraction of the generating liver tissue and especially in the mitochondrial one are more pronounced with an increase of the nicotinamide dose from 50 mg/kg to 150 mg/kg, than after administration of nicotinamide in a dose of 300 mg/kg. Higher doses of nicotinamide (500 mg/kg) produce less pronounced changes in these parameters.
